Terms of Use
By accessing or using www.cambrian-group.com (the "Site") of Cambrian KlG ("Cambrian", "we" or "us"), you accept and agree to these Terms of Use. They are a binding agreement between you and Cambrian governing your access to the Site and everything it contains, including its text, images, design, animations, code and marks (together, the "Content"). Please read them before using the Site; each use indicates your acceptance of the version then in force. If you do not agree to them, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
Operator
The Site is operated by Cambrian KlG, a partnership organised under Swiss law with its registered office at In der Luberzen 25, 8902 Urdorf, Switzerland, registered in the commercial register of the canton of Zurich under UID CHE-438.228.973.
Limited right to use
Cambrian grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for your own information. Your right to use it is conditional on your compliance with these Terms, and Cambrian may restrict or revoke it at any time.
Updates to the Site and these Terms
Cambrian may change the Site and these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date above shows when the Terms were last revised; review them from time to time, since continued use means acceptance of the current version.
Site security
You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Site. In particular, you may not:
- access data not intended for you, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure without authorisation;
- interfere with service to any user, host or network, including by overloading, flooding or crashing the Site or submitting malicious code;
- use automated tools to harvest content or data from the Site beyond what ordinary web browsers and public search engines do;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice; or
- misrepresent your identity or otherwise act fraudulently in connection with the Site.
Violations may result in civil or criminal liability. Cambrian may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and may restrict or terminate access without notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Site or its users.
Intellectual property
The Cambrian name and mark, the Content and the selection and arrangement of the Content are owned by, or licensed to, Cambrian KlG and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right to use any mark, logo or Content beyond viewing the Site. Do not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any of it, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Certain third-party materials on the Site are used under their own licences, credited below.

No offer, no advice, no reliance
The Content is provided for general information about Cambrian and its activities, including Cambrian Advisory and Cambrian Studio. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, product or service, and it is not investment, legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice. Visiting the Site creates no contractual or advisory relationship. The Content may include forward-looking statements about our plans and views; they speak only as of their date, are subject to risks and uncertainties, and we undertake no obligation to update them. Those who access the Site do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
No warranty
The Site and the Content are provided as is, as available and with all faults. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambrian disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cambrian KlG and its partners, employees and agents accept no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Content, including lost profits, loss of data or the cost of substitute services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence under Swiss law.
Third-party content and linked sites
cambrian.md, the site of Cambrian Advisory, is also operated by Cambrian KlG. References and links to third-party sites and services, including LinkedIn, Instagram and X, are provided solely for your convenience and imply no endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation. Cambrian does not control and is not responsible for their content, practices or policies, and has not independently verified them. If you follow such links you do so at your own risk, and you should review the terms and privacy policies of every site you visit.
Social media
Content on Cambrian's social media channels is provided as information only and is subject to these same limitations. Cambrian does not control and is not responsible for third-party content appearing on those channels, which should not be presumed to reflect the views of Cambrian or its people.
Fraud and phishing warning
Our name and reputation may be misused by imposters running fake websites or phishing campaigns. Cambrian sends and receives email only from addresses ending in @cambrian-group.com or @cambrian.md, and we will never ask you for passwords or payment through this Site or by unsolicited email. If a communication claiming to come from Cambrian seems doubtful, verify it by writing to info@cambrian-group.com before acting on it.
Termination of use
These Terms are effective until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by discontinuing your use of the Site; Cambrian may terminate them, and deny access to the Site, at any time without notice. Provisions which by their nature survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, survive it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cambrian and its partners, employees and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site in breach of these Terms.
Effect on other agreements
Nothing in these Terms modifies any other written agreement you may have with Cambrian, such as an engagement letter or other client agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, that other agreement governs.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder stays in force. A failure by Cambrian to act on a breach is not a waiver of its rights regarding that or any later breach. Headings are for reference only.
